Title: Enclosures

“Enclosures” is a video essay on movement within borders, on History, displacement and the weather. It’s a road trip from Holland to France, through which it embarks on reflections about various topics by ways of written texts and voices of invisible personalities. It reflects on the idea of “us” and “them” knowing that the video speaks in Arabic and the “them” seem to be from Europe. It also proposes topics for conversations, as well as blowing machines that blow away clouds to change the weather and placing a bomb somewhere for no apparent reason.
