I am an artist from Cuba, an isolated island for political reasons.
Cuban people can not go abroad easily. The idea of traveling is an obsession.
Thousands of people die trying to reach USA by the sea. Others, the fortune ones, have to deal with a reality of the world, trying hard to insert themselves in foreign countries all over the world.
This work is about the choice of being an immigrant, preserving your interior world and carrying it with you wherever you go. An attitude of preservation and an enrichment of our inner universe.
